Based on the requirements of social environmental protection and the development of wires and cables materials, drawing upon years of theories, practices and research in polyolefin grafted modification and Halogen-free flame retardant, Lushan has developed a compatibilizer specially for Low-smoke HFFR wires and cables compounds. These products meet the standards of RoHS and Non-halogen.

Characteristic: High graft rate, low gel content, good mechanical properties.

Application: Metal hydroxide type, phosphorus nitrogen type and other HFFR filled compounds.

Lushan® compatibilizer for wood plastic compound is a kind of Maleic Anhydride Grafted Polyethylene material. Its molecular chain contains a large quantity of carboxyl and acid anhydride groups, enabling it to react with the hydroxyl groups in the wood fiber, thereby, reducing the polarity and water absorption of the wood fiber, fostering good compatibility between wood fiber and plastics, improving the dispersion of wood fiber in plastic compound and enhancing the mechanical properties.

Characteristic: Low water absorption rate, excellent mechanical properties.

Application: PE based wood plastic composites.

Lushan® Nylon Impact Modifier is a Maleic Anhydride Grafted Polyolefin Elastomer material that almost does not have residual maleic anhydride monomer and does not emit a pungent odor during use. Its good reaction compatibility makes the elastomer to disperse quickly in the nylon matrix, forming a micro-dispersed phase that combines with the primary phase to create  a compact phase structure. This process improves the toughness of nylon.

Characteristic: Strong impact resistance.

Application: Modified nylon materials.

Lushan® PP Compatibilizer is mainly used for filled or reinforced polypropylene. Functioning as a macro-molecular coupling agent, it significantly improve the mechanical properties and heat resistance of filled or reinforced polypropylene. By combining the polar groups on the polypropylene molecular chain, it also greatly improves the colorability of polypropylene.

Characteristic: High heat resistance, easy to color.

Application: PP Compound, PP based wood plastic compound.
